Can I Take the Photos and send you my Data Information?

Sure! We prefer 600 pixel wide photographs. If yours are too large, we can fix that. I can send you the data form to fill out also. We understand that some Sellers prefer to do their own measuring. You can also send us a sketch of your home room layout. I am at your service to make showing your home simple and easy.

How do I pay?

You pay the day of your data interview. If you email HomeSir.com your data and photographs, you may send a check or use our PayPal link. PayPal has become one of the most popular Secure transaction systems on the Internet. Made very popular by the eBay Auctions, PayPal allows you to send and receive money and more. They usually have promotions for their free signup, such as a free $5.00 added into your account. They are secure and they accept most credit cards with security features unsurpassed.

Can we browse all the listings at HomeSir.com?

Not at this time. HomeSir.com is working for you, the Seller, and not for the Buyer. We want the Buyer to be able to see your PWA that you have on your Street Sign or other advertisements, and then specifically come to your home exclusively ~ without being sidetracked to someone else's home for sale ~ and view your home without distractions. We will allow the Internet Search Engine's to index each page.

Will there be advertisements all over my 'Home'page?

Absolutely not. You want to sell your house with clear, easy to read information. Your potential Buyer will see your house and landscape's data, photographs and contact information without flashing graphics or distracting advertisements. Will my pictures be small?

HomeSir.com uses small 'thumbnails' which are small representations of the actual large-scale photographs. When a potential buyer places their computer mouse cursor over the thumbnail, the corresponding large-scale photograph will load and be displayed. Speed of loading will depend on their Internet connection speed. Dialup connections are slower, but worth the higher quality photographs for easier viewing and details.
